Piping gel by PME 325g

You can tint piping gel blue to make it look like water, use in royal icing for string work, make a stained glass window effect, create transfers and even use it for filling in outlines.
Pot contains 325g (11 7/16oz). PME piping gel in a secure hard wearing twist cap pot.

Ingredients: Water, Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Gelling Agent (Carrageenan E407), Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid E330, Lactic Acid E270, Sodium Lactate E325), Preservative: Potassium Sorbate E202.
