Shipping policy

Click and collect orders are usually ready in 24 hours (excluding weekends). An email will be sent to confirm your order is ready for pick up. 

We aim to send your parcel out quickly, allow one full business day for dispatch. If your order is urgent, please let us know by adding an order comment at checkout.  

We will email to let you know when your order has been dispatched along with your courier tracking link.

If you have not received your parcel within one week please email us and we will endeavour to track your parcel with the courier or post office.

We can also ship internationally (excluding USA and Canada). Allow 2 business days for dispatch. If your order is heavy and cannot be shipped for the freight charge, we will get back to you with a shipping quote.
