How to Order

Please choose from the catalogue and place your order online. Freight is a flat rate delivery within New Zealand – no matter how heavy your parcel is, you’ll never pay more. We can accept payment by credit card or by direct payment into our New Zealand bank account.

We aim to send your parcel out quickly, allow one full business day for dispatch. If you order is urgent, please let us know by adding an order comment at checkout.  

We will email to let you know when your order has been dispatched along with your courier tracking link.

If you have not received your parcel within one week please email us and we will endeavour to track your parcel with the courier or post office.

All catalogue prices are in New Zealand dollars and are GST inclusive.

We can also ship internationally (excluding USA and Canada)

If you are redeeming a gift voucher type the voucher code at checkout in the "Voucher Code" box provided.

Damaged products and returns

If your items arrive damaged, please email us immediately. Please be aware that to place a claim with both courier and post office you must retain all packaging, to prove your parcel was adequately packed.

If you have any other problems or queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

We cannot exchange goods if you change your mind, as they are for use with food. However, if we have sent the wrong product in error, we will remedy immediately.
