As a rough guide for size of finished cakes ,we've found our 975g cake mixes will bake a great extra deep 8'' diameter cake or 2x 3'' deep x 6'' cakes, or a 3'' deep 10'' diameter cake. Or cupcakes 48-50 standard size.
