The silicone chablon mat is perfect for those who need thin biscuit pastry or nougatine decorations, or chocolate decorations.

To create, simply put your chablon on your printed transfer sheet (or unprinted silicone baking paper or acetate if not using a transfer sheet) and pour your chocolate or isomalt to temperature. Take off the excess with a spatula and let it cool.
