Lettering - easily cut out with scissors

I received the blue lettering yesterday and not entirely happy with the advertising of easily cut out with scissors. Disappointed.

However, prompt delivery - thanks.

Hi Sarah, I am sorry you found these letter difficult to use. We had said 'easily' - as that had been our experience, we cut one letter from the sheet and hold one letter at a time. I do tend to use a scalpel for the letters with a centre. I am sorry we did not make that differentiation in the product description
