3 inch hemisphere mould by Simicakes

This 3 inch diameter mould x 1 1/2 inch deep was originally created by Simicakes for the Sugar Artist Kimm Simons. Examples of how she has used the mould follow the photograph of Kimm 

Common Uses in Cake Decorating

Sugar Sculptures:

Cast 3-inch half-spheres out of melted isomalt to build 3D decorative centerpieces like geometric shapes, and domes.

Cake Toppers:

Make translucent, glowing sugar domes, decorative bubbles, or colorful half-sphere accents to place on top of custom celebration cakes and cupcakes.

Chocolate Domes:

Form thick chocolate half-shells that can be filled or joined together to create hollow spherical treats.
