Garrett Frill Cutter makes frills and ribbons 12-30mm wide by FMM

Select which inner ring you want for the desired finished width of your ruffle for your cake. Roll out your gumpaste very thin. Cut with the Garrett Frill Cutter. Your piece will look like a fluted donut. Make one cut across half of the donut shape and open up the ruffle slightly. Place on a Foam Pad and roll the fluted ends with a balling tool to make them ruffle and wave. Place the strip of ruffle onto your cake adhering it with water or thin gumpaste.
