Cake class with Tracy Johnson Sunday August 25th Painted Mountain Scene

This class is suitable for absolute beginners. Cake decorators with previous skill will still enjoy and learn in this class too.

Everything is supplied, just bring yourself. This class is created on a cake dummy, which you will be able to keep and display.

Learning outcomes:

• Achieving a sharp edge on a fondant cake
• Freestyle painting using dust colours
• Textured 2D trees using moulds and royal icing
• Layering with rivers and rocks to complete the scenery design

Class starts at 10am. Doors open 9.45am, please plan to arrive no later than 9.55am to be seated ahead of start time. We do not wait for latecomers. Class will run for the full day, with an aprx finish time of 4-5pm

We will take a short break for lunch, your tutor will choose a suitable time on the day, based on class progress
