• Confidence using Threaded rod system
• Edible Cake Lace making and creative use
• 3D Sculpturing- carving and moulding with cake
• Textures and dress design using Dragees

Class starts at 10am. Doors open 9.45am, please plan to arrive no later than 9.55am to be seated ahead of start time. We do not wait for latecomers. Class will run for the full day, with an aprx finish time of 4-5pm

We will take a short break for lunch, your tutor will choose a suitable time on the day, based on class progress
