Storage details

Carton of Whip n Ice unopened can stay in fridge for 90 Days at 3˚C Refrigerated.

Once whipped it can stay out of fridge for 5 days. Or 7 days refrigerated

You can freeze whipped icing for 3 months

Once carton is opened it will keep for 45 days at 3˚ Refrigerated (same as unopened carton)

Whip n Ice is an easy to use, extremely versatile whip-up icing and filling. It's perfect to pipe on cupcakes, layer in naked cakes, pipe children's character cakes, fill your desserts and more. Its stiff peak consistency allows you to pipe designs such a rosettes * stars without losing it's shape. For optimum results whip at 7-10 degrees Celsius.
Whip n Ice is stored in the fridge.
To use, simply whip it up in your mixer on medium speed until desired consistency.
To add colour or flavours simply mix through.

After being whipped, Whip n Ice can be kept out of the fridge for 5 days or stored for 5 weeks in the fridge. This versatility makes it perfect for outdoor events.
Allergen: Milk, Soy.

You can add food colouring & flavouring to Whip n Ice. However below are some suggestions for naturally flavouring it

Lemon Grass (3 stalks per carton)

1. Cut the lemongrass in thin slices and place into container

2. Pour the liquid Whip'n Ice on top and seal with lid.

3. Shake well and leave for at least 12 hrs into refrigerator.

4. Remove the lemongrass by using a sieve.

5.Whip the Whip n Ice to soft peak.

Coffee Beans (40 grams per carton of Whip n Ice)

1. Crush the coffee beans and place into plastic container

2. Pour the liquid Whip'n Ice on top and seal with lid.

3. Shake well and leave for at least 12 hrs into refrigerator.

4. Remove the coffee grind by using a sieve.

5. Whip the Whip n Ice to soft peak.

Vanilla Bean (1 stalk per carton of Whip n Ice)

1. Cut the Vanilla Bean in the length and remove the seeds.

2. Place both the seeds and Vanilla stalk into container.

3. Pour the liquid Whip'n Ice on top.

4. Shake well and leave for at least 12 hrs into refrigerator.

5. Remove the Vanilla stalks manually, do not sieve you want to keep the seeds.

6. Whip the Whip n Ice to soft peak.

Hints & tips

You can leave the Whip n Ice up to 72hrs infused prior to whipping.

Other combinations: Orange and Lemon peel, Chili, Peppermint, Lime peel.

For  Woody Herbs(Cinnamon,Star Anise,etc,..) we recommend the warm method infusion.(essential oils will be released).

Warm Method: Heat 10% of Whip'n Ice with the herb up to 60-70 C and leave for 1 hour. Add the remaining Whip'n Ice and infuse for another 12hrs in the refrigerator.
