Thermomix cooking demo and class 5.30pm September 21st

Thermomix consultant Kim Donker will introduce us to this wonderful machine

She will demonstrate some dishes. You will also use the machine yourself to create a dish

Some of the fun things planned for the night are 

• Sorbet
• Ganache
• Cake fillings
• Bread
• Risotto
• Hummus

Kim will also show us how to access Cookidoo recipe website, that brings the recipe on the screen of the Thermomix machine and prompts you through the steps of the recipe, right on the machine.

$5 ticket fee - proceeds to SPCA Whangarei

Class is held upstairs at Kiwicakes in the Kiwicakes classroom, sorry we do not have an elevator to reach the upstairs level.
