This lovely Moist rich chocolate cake is perfect for carving 3d novelty cake shaped cakes. But is equally delicious when baked as a regular shape.

Ingredient Listing: Sugar, Flour- Hi Ratio, Cocoa Powder (12%), Vegetable Oil, Maltodextrin, Whole Milk Powder, Egg Yolk Powder, Raising Agents (450, 500, 341), Modified Starch (1422), Emulsifiers (471, 477), Gluten Flour, Salt, Stabiliser (415), Flavour.

Instructions:
To this cake mix add
200ml water, 6 small or 5 large eggs, 440ml vegetable oil.
1. Blend all ingredients on low speed for 1 minute.
2. Scrape down.
3. Continue to blend on second speed for 2 minutes.
4. Pour batter into grease-proof paper lined baking tin.
5. Oven temperature 160°C +/- 5°C.
6. Bake for 65-75 minutes. (time will be less if one mix is baked in more than 1 cake pan)
