We aim to send your parcel out within three days of receiving payment. We will email to let you know when your order has been despatched and by which freight method.
If you have not received your parcel within one week please email us and we will endeavour to track your parcel with the courier or post office.
If your items arrive damaged, please email us immediately. Please be aware that to place a claim with both courier and post office you must retain all packaging, to prove your parcel was adequately packed.
If you have any other problems or queries please do not hesitate to contact us. We cannot exchange goods if you change your mind, as they are for use with food. However if we have sent the wrong product in error, we will remedy immediately.
