This is an oil based colouring so is suitable to colour almost everything.
Use in chocolate, cake decorating, icing, baking, soap, playdough, candyfloss, resins etc.
To Make Coloured Chocolate
Mix a small amount (like a sprinkle of salt and pepper) to the warm melted white chocolate.
To Make a Variety of Colours
Add 2 or more colouring powders to white chocolate etc to achieve a wonderful variety of colours and shades.
To Make Black
Add green, blue and red to the warm melted white chocolate, mix then add lilac.
To Colour Candyfloss
Use 1 quarter of a teaspoon of colouring to 3kg sugar.
Only ever use oil based colours in chocolate. (Cake decorating colours are not suitable to use in chocolate.)
