Preheat oven to 130°C (fan forced) or 140°C. (1) Pour the powder mix into the bowl and add 80 g of egg white. (2) Whisk it for about 3/4 minutes. (3) Pipe the mixture on your baking tray and let it rest for approx. 1 hour. (4) Bake for 12-13 minutes. Remove the macarons from the tray once cooled.
What to add: 80 g of egg white. Yield aprx 27 macarons. Best before 11/17
